RETURN POLICY: (US ONLY)
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed/unaltered and must have all original tags attached and approved by Swank Staff.
- “Sale” items are final sale. They CANNOT be returned/exchanged, so please make sure you like them!*
- Underwear and other intimates, bodysuits, jewelry, & hats cannot be returned.
- All shoe returns must be unworn and include the original shoebox in its original condition without shipping labels.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Returns for Refund:
Any items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once item(s) has been received and inspected by Swank Staff and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns for Store Credit:
If you'd prefer Store Credit, we appreciate that and will apply the full order amount to your Store Credit, including original shipping costs! Any items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once item(s) has been received and inspected by Swank Staff and approved, your store credit will be processed within 2 days. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.Merchandise purchased through our online store can be returned or exchanged at our retail location Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-6pm.
Merchandise returned not in original condition or received after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee regardless of refund or store credit.
Merchandise returned after 21 days of receipt will be refused.
