Date Night Done Right
The temperature is rising and we are finally shedding our layers upon layers of warm winter gear and all-black ensembles (well, maybe not yet on the black…) because spring is right around the corner! Spring is a time to start fresh and have some fun. With that comes the good ole “love is in the air” phrase we always hear. And it’s true! Flirtiness is always in full bloom come springtime, and I say go for it. And what’s the best way to embark on a new fling to feel your best? With a super cute date night outfit, of course!
Picking out what to wear for a first date (and even the ones following) can be kinda nerve-wracking! You want to make a great impression but then also look like you’re not trying too hard. That “effortless” look we all want is usually not effortless at all! Luckily for you, we have a ton of great pieces right now that will showcase your style and personality and let you get all the attention you deserve.
For a first date, my top outfit picks are ones that aren’t too complicated so that you can feel comfortable and not have to worry about a potential wardrobe malfunction. After all, we’re all worried enough about getting food in our teeth, right? (Or is that just me…?) I think the best go-to look is either a combo of skinny jeans, an understated sexy top, and a fun shoe, or a feminine dress paired with some kind of jacket with a bit of edge. Here are some of my favorite date night looks currently available at Swank:
ASTR Dawn Tie Front Blouse | JBrand Mid Rise Skinny Capri in Breathless | Jeffrey Campbell Bacarro Heel
Cleobella Louise Embroidered Dress | Cleobella Zinta Jacket | Jeffrey Campbell Tupelo Snake Bootie
Hope you feel the love this spring!
